What is your return policy?

As with all my soap products, which are handmade with love and you in mind, I am unable to accept returns, but will gladly refund your money minus shipping & handling fees. I can also replace a product if it was defective at no cost to you.

Do you create custom gift sets?

I offer custom handmade soap. If you are having a special event and would like certain aspects in your soap, please reach out to me and I will gladly help you create your Uniquely You custom soap. Bear in mind that custom soap is purchased by loaf and has to undergo a curing process of at least 6 weeks.
